Summary

Even if the Cavaliers lose all their potential free agents, they won't have meaningful cap room, barring any major trades. They wouldn't even have enough room below the first apron to use the full MLE and BAE,and most likely would need to make trades to even have enough room below the 2nd apron to have the $5.7 million Taxpayer MLE.

Therefore, the Cavs might end up just having minimum contracts to offer in free agency.
