Summary

The Warriors won't have cap space even if they lose all of their potential free agents, so they will be operating over the cap.

If Jackson-Davis and Post are retained, the Warriors will have about $19 million below the luxury tax, $27 million below the first apron, and $39 million below the second apron, with 8 players under contract. So they could possibly have the $14.1 million Non-Taxpayer MLE to add talent and remain below the first apron, but it would mean letting essentially everyone go, and they probably wouldn't have enough space to use the full MLE and the $5.1 million Bi-Annual Exception.

It's likely though that they spend enough on their own free agents and are over the first apron and only have the $5.7 million Taxpayer MLE to add talent, or maybe even that they're over the second apron and only have minimums to add talent in free agency.
