Wright will have an interesting free agency. He has played well for the Grizzlies, and can also play alongside Conley (or another point guard, such as Ja Morant). Wright has disruptive length on defense and is a heady offensive player. On the other hand, he doesn't have a ton of scoring ability, and isn't a knockdown shooter. Wright is also already 27 years old, which limits his upside, but also means that whichever team signs him this summer will likely have him for his prime.
Potential Teams: Grizzlies, Suns, Kings, Pelicans
Predicted Contract: 2-year, $18 million with the Grizzlies
*Actual Contract: 3-year, $29.8 million with the Mavericks.

This was pretty close to the annual value I expected for Wright, as he has shown to be a capable backup point guard, and has the ability to play with either point guards or wings who act as primary ball-handlers.
