Tolliver wasn't the valuable stretch-four that the Timberwolves were hoping him to be when they signed him to a one-year, $5.75 million contract last summer.
While his shooting numbers were solid (37% from three), those numbers were down from his previous two years and he didn't play very many minutes. Tolliver's shooting ability will still be intriguing to teams this summer, but he's unlikely to get a better deal than he did in 2018.
Potential Teams: Timberwolves, Jazz, Suns, Pistons, 76ers
Predicted Contract: 1-year, $3.5 million with the Timberwolves
*Actual Contract: 1-year, $2.6 million with the Trailblazers.

I thought Tolliver had a chance of getting over the minimum, but was certainly not surprised to see him only get a one-year minimum contract.
