The 4-year, $52 million contract that Chandler signed with Phoenix in 2015 will undoubtedly be his last big contract, as he will probably be a minimum-level player for the rest of his career.
Chandler has shown he can still contribute in small bursts, as did for the Lakers this season after being bought out by the Suns, but he's a bit slow-footed at this stage of his career. In addition, his offensive game leaves a lot to be desired now that he isn't the lob threat he was when he was younger.
Potential Teams: Thunder, Lakers, Clippers, Warriors, Trailblazers
Predicted Contract: 1-year, $2.6 million ($1.6 million cap hit) with the Thunder
*Actual Contract: 1-year, $2.6 million ($1.6 million cap hit) with the Rockets.

Chandler is clearly a minimum player at this stage of his career, and Houston was able to add the former lob threat this summer.
