Luwawu-Cabarrot had the 4th year of his rookie contract declined, so he will be an unrestricted free agent after struggling to find his place in the NBA through three years. TLC was traded twice in the past year, from Philadelphia to Oklahoma City and then to Chicago.

 

The Bulls essentially got TLC for free, as the pick they sent to OKC for him is top-55 protected.

 

Luwawu-Cabarrot's shooting numbers are not pretty, as he has been near the bottom of the league in percentage from almost all areas of the court.
