Joseph has had a terrific year, playing a big role on the Pacers' bench that has been one of the best bench mobs in the league.
While Joseph isn't having a good shooting season (his 46.5% eFG% was in the 20th percentile for his position, per Cleaning the Glass), he makes up for it with some playmaking ability and great defense. Joseph doesn't provide enough on offense to be a quality starting point guard, but he is one of the best backup point guards in the league, which should earn him Mid-Level money.
Potential Teams: Suns, Pacers, Pelicans, Hornets
Predicted Contract: 3-year, $20 million with the Suns.
*Actual Contract: 3-year, $37.2 million (third year partially-guaranteed) with the Kings.

This contract is probably a bit rich for a backup point guard, but Joseph is one of the best backup point guards in the NBA, so this contract probably doesn't overstate his value by too much.
