House bet on himself by not accepting a long-term, minimum deal with the Rockets, and will likely win that bet this summer. While I don't expect House to get a major pay bump, I think he will certainly get more than the minimum.

House became a reliable wing option for the Rockets last season, something they were desperately in need of. House shot very well from three, hitting 42% of his attempts. While not a young prospect at age 26, House will be intriguing to teams as a low-cost wing option.

Potential Teams: Rockets, Wizards, Lakers, Clippers, Mavericks

Predicted Contract: 2-year, $6 million with the Rockets

*Actual Contract: 3-year, $11.2 million with the Rockets.

House may not have had a big impact in the playoffs, but the Rockets still believe in him enough to give him a three-year contract that's significantly higher than his minimum.
