Harris has shown in recent seasons that he can still be a productive combo guard. While it wasn't his best shooting year, Harris is still serviceable from outside, and he is a great cutter.
You wouldn't want to rely on Harris for any role above a fourth or fifth guard, and he could potentially get attacked on defense in the playoffs, but he can provide rotational minutes and is still worth a minimum contract.
Potential Teams: Cavaliers, Magic, Mavericks, Hornets
Predicted Contract: 1-year, $2.6 million ($1.6 million cap hit) with the Cavaliers
*Harris has yet to sign with an NBA team
