Clark's shooting numbers in Golden State were excellent, but it was uncertain whether those numbers would continue in a different situation. After two seasons in New Orleans, it appears that question has been answered. Clark has only hit 32.5% of his threes with the Pelicans, per Cleaning the Glass.
As an undersized combo guard that rarely makes plays for others and can't defend bigger wings, Clark needs to hit outside shots in order to get consistent playing time. As the Pelicans rebuild, they may not have interest in bringing back the 28 year-old, so Clark will be hoping another team has interest.
Potential Teams: Hawks, Bulls, Heat, Pelicans, 76ers,
Predicted Contract: 1-year, $2.0 million ($1.6 million cap hit) with the Hawks
*Clark has yet to sign an NBA contract
