After spending the majority of his eight-year career in Utah, Burks was traded twice this season before landing on the Kings. Burks has dealt with injuries for the majority of his career, missing about half of all games from 2014 to 2018.

Burks has shown flashes of real ability as a creator, most notably in the 2018 playoffs against Houston when the Jazz used him as a secondary scorer next to Donovan Mitchell. Burks hasn't shot well enough from outside to become a consistent offensive threat, and it will be interesting to see what offers he gets in his first stint as a free agent.

Potential Teams: Warriors, Kings, 76ers, Thunder, Bucks

Predicted Contract: 2-year, $8 million with the Warriors

*Actual Contract: 1-year, $2.3 million with the Warriors.

Burks initially agreed to sign with OKC, but after the Paul George trade the Thunder let Burks sign elsewhere, and he ended up with the Warriors. While I thought Burks would get slightly above the minimum, it did not surprise me to see him sign for the minimum, given his bright moments have been few and far between in recent seasons.
