After falling out of the NBA and playing in the G-League, Burke had a bit of a renaissance for the Knicks in the second half of the '17-'18 season. Over the last 35 games of that season, Burke was on fire from midrange, shooting better than almost any point guard in the league. While that predictably did not continue the following season, he still shot above-average from three and continued to show an improved ability to finish at the rim, which was his great weakness during his early years in Utah.
It will be interesting to see if Dallas values Burke enough to re-sign him. Although veterans J.J. Barea and Devin Harris are both free agents, and the former tore his Achilles in January, the Mavericks could be pursuing Kemba Walker in free agency, and also have Jalen Brunson, who had a surprisingly productive year as a rookie second round pick. It's unclear where Burke would fit in with Dallas, but he should have enough interest around the league to at least be on a roster next season.
Potential Teams: Trailblazers, Mavericks, Suns, Magic
Predicted Contract: 1-year, $2 million ($1.6 million cap hit) with the Trailblazers
*Actual Contract: 1-year, $2 million ($1.6 million cap hit, $405K guaranteed) with the 76ers.

Unsurprising that Burke could only get a minimum contract, which was is not even fully-guaranteed. Like he eventually did in Utah, Burke will be battling with Raul Neto for minutes this season in Philadelphia.
