Lopez may have only gotten a 1-year, $3.4 million contract last summer, but his ability to stretch the floor at the center position has made the 30-year old big man a valuable piece to a title-contending Bucks team.

If the Bucks renounce Nikola Mirotic, they could create $13.7 million in cap space to re-sign Lopez. However, re-signing Khris Middleton, Malcolm Brogdon, and Brook Lopez could push Milwaukee into the luxury tax, something their owner might not allow.

Potential Teams: Bucks, Mavericks, Clippers, Magic

Predicted Contract: 2-year, $25 million, with Bucks

*Actual Contract: 4-year, $52 million, with Bucks.

This was about what I expected Lopez to get on a per-year basis, but was skeptical he would get this amount over a long-term deal.
