Bayless had his best year in '15-'16, shooting 45% from three and posting an excellent 54.3% eFG%. He was able to turn that performance into a 3-year, $27 million contract with Philadelphia. Unfortunately for Bayless, he has been unhealthy over the past three seasons, playing less than half of his team's games each year.

When Bayless has played, he has struggled with his shot, which has been his key NBA skill. Bayless will likely remain in the league as a third point guard that can provide some minutes in case of injury, but shouldn't be relied on for much more than that.

Potential Teams: Thunder, Magic, Hornets, Pistons

Predicted Contract: 1-year, $2.6 million ($1.6 million cap hit) with the Thunder

*Bayless has yet to sign an NBA contract.
